This song is great because the dudes limit themselves. It's easy to go overboard with synths and stuff or with soloing. But this song is considered. There's nothing extra. It's all this great journey through time and space. It's one of Cavs favourite songs to play and if you play drums you know why. This track's drumming is low down but oh so technical. The seemingless switches between meters, the little percussion bit for every passing second, the chorus towards the end, the lyric "Who am I, if not the canary in the coalmine". This song has it all. The best Krautrock of the 2020s and the best song King Gizzard released this decade so far.
