GLUTEN SPINACH FETA CRESCENT | ROLLS Gluten Free Appetizer Recipe

I made these Gluten Spinach Feta Crescent Rolls after making a recipe for gluten free pigs in a blanket. The pastry for that recipe worked up well, so when I found this recipe, I decided to try it out and see how it worked.

The result was that it came out great! The dough worked up well and rolling it was a snap. I love how easily everything rolled up and baked off. These would be a great gluten free appetizer to make and have at your next gathering or even as a side dish to a meal.

They do look very good! I think the filling would be good on a “white” pizza. I think it would be best to fold in the feta though for a pizza. I’m imagining the taste right now and I’m definitely wanting to try this! Thanks so much, Jamie. You’re the bomb for doing this experiment…😊 ❤-Brenda

It looks delicious. Right now I have gluten-free brownies in the oven to have with our coffee. My husband likes to bake pies but we haven’t tried a gluten-free version yet. The struggle is real but it is getting easier. ❤♥️👍😎
