I made these Gluten Spinach Feta Crescent Rolls after making a recipe for gluten free pigs in a blanket. The pastry for that recipe worked up well, so when I found this recipe, I decided to try it out and see how it worked.
The result was that it came out great! The dough worked up well and rolling it was a snap. I love how easily everything rolled up and baked off. These would be a great gluten free appetizer to make and have at your next gathering or even as a side dish to a meal.

1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Granulated Sugar
⅛ tsp Salt
2 Tbs Cold Butter, Cubed
¼ Cup Plus Additional Milk as Needed
½ Large Egg
Filling Ingredients:
3 oz. Baby Spinach
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tbs. Fresh Parsley
3 oz. Feta Cheese
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste

They do look very good! I think the filling would be good on a “white” pizza. I think it would be best to fold in the feta though for a pizza. I’m imagining the taste right now and I’m definitely wanting to try this! Thanks so much, Jamie. You’re the bomb for doing this experiment…😊 ❤-Brenda
