Refs in wrestling (other than in AEW) are told treat the match as a shoot, and are rarely told who wins until they're told to "go to the finish". So none of these are the refs fault. It's the fault of the timekeeper and the talent in the match.

I just watched the 6 Man Tag Team Match on YouTube and Ted Dibiase Jr. did NOT forget to kick-out. The ref did not realize the kickout and just counted to 3. So the "the ref was trying to fuck on me" was legit.
