It's really sad seeing women who are more competent than their husbands being limited in this way. And you just know that the reason he doesn't want her to go to school is because she would very easily in a very quickly find someone better than him. What are you going to do if your husband cheat and you can't leave because you don't have money? So many men want to play the role of an "alpha male" or a "father figure" but if an opportunity present it self, they would leave you for someone else and you're left to pick up the pieces of what he left

This episode taught me a lot of things:
1. Being financial independent should be your first priority. Money isnt everything but you need money to survive and it makes life easier.
2. Follow your dreams first. Marriage and kids can come later.
3. Before marriage discuss your roles in the family and financial situation. If your partner disagrees l maybe you shouldn't get married until you both come to an agreement.
4. Get kids when you finally have financial stability and have done what you wanted to do: like studying, dancing. You can do it after kids but still it will be difficult.
5. Life never goes the way you planned.

When I first laid my eyes on the title, I automatically knew the marriage was a big hot red flag. The husband deprived the wife of her financial abilities just so he could show his pride and have his masculine ego. Its so obvious that the wife looks depressed and drained. He is abusive and wicked. Plus, the wife could probably earn more money if she worked. This is just outrageous and I feel so uncomfortable knowing that she just scammed herself into such a toxic environment. Worse part is, since she has kids now, its going to be way more difficult to leave him. I really pray she gets out of this marriage and live happier.
