BOYNEXTDOOR are back with their 2nd mini album HOW?. And to celebrate the release, Imogen from The K-Pop Shop, Birmingham reveals an unboxing for the Fire Ver.

There’s a total of 3 different versions, Earth, Wind & Fire, each comes as a spiral-bound notebook and includes 2 photocards, plus an extra exclusive photocard! The album has seven songs, including the English version of the title track Earth, Wind and Fire. All of the songs are very reminiscent of BoyNextDoor’s sound that we've heard from them before, but there are a few songs that have a different vibe to it.

The first song on the album, ‘OUR’, is a very nice introduction to the album with a familiar sound. It then goes into the second song, ‘Amnesia’ which shows the ‘easy listening’ side that the group describe their sound as. It's a bit more laid back and a really nice song to listen to, very chill. The song ‘So let's go see the stars’, which from what I can tell, is going to be a fan favourite. This is a very nostalgic song for me, and I think for a lot of other people, it's very reminiscent of the 80s/90s type of music. I've seen a lot of fans say that they've compared it to a coming-of-age movie soundtrack.
Following that is the title track, ‘Earth, Wind & Fire’, which is where we see a really upbeat, energetic song, which we know that BoyNextDoor do very, very well. I really like the performance, it’s very energetic, and shows off all of their talent, their performance and, vocal abilities
Finally, ‘l i f e i s c o o l’ and ‘Dear. My Darling’, have a very nostalgic and easy sound and vibe. ‘Dear. My Darling’, is especially reminiscent of an end-of-concert song where the group say goodbye to their fans and express their gratefulness to them.
‘l i f e i s c o o l’, similarly to ‘So let's go see the stars’ has that kind of, I want to say, like late 90s, early 2000s boyband style. I like how they’re taking us back to that era and cementing the fact that they can do that within their sound.

The photobook version comes with the CD, photobook, 2 random photocards, plus 1 exclusive photocard, postcard, meme card, scratch card, 4-cut photo and, folded poster.
