I'm literally about as conservative Christian as you can get, being a Southern Baptist who doesn't agree with current American politics, and I still celebrate Halloween, because Halloween is just a holiday to celebrate the spooky side of things, it doesn't have to be satanic in nature. Heck, as far as I'm aware, Halloween was created by a catholic saint.

"Halloween is anti-christian" - This guy doesn't realise that the core of halloween, beyond the skeletons and such, is Christian. All Hallows evening got shortened to Halloween. All hallows evening was created to honor the dead. Not Satan.

You need to contact his firm and alert them that he is using their information in threats. This is highly unethical. As a CPA who does audits, if I made similar representations to clients under audit to have them behave how I saw fit I would lose my license faster than you can say âyou thoughtâ. Not to mention this puts his whole firm at risk from a liability standpoint, you know this isnât his first time pulling this.

Yeah I find that anytime I hear that line, this "devout Christian" is just about to try and step right on your freedom of speech and belief 'cause they don't like what you believe. Literally violating one of our fundamental rights as a human being that GOD is supposed to have given us. If he's a lawyer, he should know that everyone has opinions and is entitled to their own free speech. Especially when Optimus isn't even saying anything remotely negative or dangerous.
As such, his RELIGIOUS VIEWS should not have any influence on his profession as a lawyer. State and religion must be separate. I would never want this man as my own lawyer.
This guy also needs to understand that YOUTUBE KIDS is a platform that exists that he can use if he's so "worried" about his child. Yes, I'm aware YTK is awful, but it's the internet. The parent needs to understand that you're GOING to find things you don't like on the internet.

I'm a Christian myself, and I feel like this lawyer person is a little... overly concerned about his fellow man. Halloween is a great time. Scary movies are a blast. This man is one of those Christians in my opinion. Y'know, the "hovering parent" as I like to call them. I don't believe "harassing our neighbor" was one of the Ten Commandments.
