After meeting Dr. Kaufman, Harry Mason proceeds to search for his daughter in the seemingly empty hospital. Searching through, clinics offices and checkup rooms, he clears the first floor and proceeds down the hallway toward the main elevator with the intention of searching the other floors.
Harry presses the switch on the wall and the elevator doors slide open. He steps inside, the doors slide shut and he glances at the button panel to see that there are a total of three floors and a basement button. He clicks on the 2nd floor button and the elevator begins to move. He makes it to the 2nd floor, the doors slide open and gets ready to begin exploring, but he runs into an issue. The very first set of double doors, in front of him are locked and wont budge, sealing off the rest of the entire floor. With no way of getting beyond them, Harry gets back into the elevator and presses the switch to the 3rd floor. The doors slide shut, the elevator begins to move and he makes it to the 3rd and final floor, however he runs into another issue. The set of double doors in front of him are locked as well sealing of the rest of the 3rd floor. With no options left, he gets back inside the elevator.
After getting back Inside the elevator, Harry glances at the button panel and notices something strange and chilling. There is an extra 4th floor button that wasn't there before. He swears that there were only three floors on the panel and can't believe his eyes. Puzzled and dumbstruck, he clicks on the button and the elevator begins to move. When the elevator comes to a halt and the doors slide open, he gets a sick feeling in his stomach that something is extremely wrong. He notices that this floor is darker than all the previous ones. The walls are covered in what appears to be a thick layer rust or blood, and he can hear the faint wail of a distant siren coming from beyond the doors in front of him. With nothing but fear for the safety of his lost daughter, Cheryl, Harry proceeds to investigate.
