Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a sharp attack on the Congress, said, "'X-ray' of caste-based census means raiding every house, if a woman has hidden gold in utensils, finding it and then distributing it. This Maoist ideology has never helped the world, it is completely 'urban Naxal' thinking."
