I do the same. I found several food shops and did the math of how much the food cost and how much it will be if I make it. When it was cheaper to buy the food, it was a no brainer. I buy large group size and freeze it.

I am doing the same for me and my husband. Ordering meal prep from some local shop for a week for both of us. We can choose different dishes every week depending on the seasonal menu. It’s relatively cheaper compared to cooking at home by yourself for every meal.
