Recipe:
chicken breast - 2 pcs.
mayonnaise - 50 g
salt - 1/2 tsp
black pepper
paprika - 1 tsp
mustard - 1 tsp
egg - 1 pc.
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
Cut the chicken fillet across the grain and beat off with a knife. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, paprika, mustard, and egg. Spread each piece of fillet with marinade and leave for 15-20 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip the chops one at a time in the breadcrumbs so that they are evenly distributed on both sides and fry in a pan for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown. The chops are ready. They are super tender and delicious. Enjoy your meal!
