And, as others have noted, I too have used university and hospital cafs around the world as reliable (as in good quality, inexpensive and varied choices) eateries.

WOW! Masdar city is beautiful and impressive. The temperature is hot in the winter in Abu Dhabi. The robot taxi is cute and I agree it is a futuristic transport. The lunch looks good and affordable. Loved this video! Terry and I have visited Masdar city but unfortunately I don’t think the driverless cars are available on weekends or at least the day we were there. Will now have to go back to check them out and check out the university canteen. We ate at a pizza place where your food was delivered by a robot resembling a cat. 😂

Hi Mandy and Lee. I have booked accommodation in Masdar city for 3 weeks in November 2024. But seeing it so empty makes me worried. Are there many people living there, going to the coffee shops etc? What about grocery shops? Any other info you have would be greatly appreciated.
