birthday edit for park jimin from BTS 💜

I still remember the first time I ever heard jimin's solo 'promise,' and I fell in love. it was the first BTS song that made me cry. right from my very first listen, it resonated very deeply with me, especially when I discovered the meaning behind the song, his promise to himself.

his struggle of being true to himself shown in songs like 'lie' and 'filter' also feels very real to me. I was speechless the first time I heard 'lie.'

even something as simple as the way his voice sounds makes me love him. he's my favorite vocalist from BTS by far, and his voice is so beautiful it should be a crime. his voice is the one that always stands out to me when I listen. and even outside of his singing, his talking voice is just very comforting to me. he's not my bias, but there's definitely something special about his music, his voice, a kind of beauty that always leaves me spellbound in a way I don't think any other member's voice really does.

and outside of his music, he's just a very sweet person, as far as I can tell. seeing his smile always brings a smile onto my face, and his laugh makes me so happy.
