Based on The Act that was on hulu, it seemed that deedee was deteriorating from a medical issue. It didn't make any sense to commit that crime against her. I kinda hate that her "boyfriend" is still locked up when it was all her idea. I don't think that's fair that she gets to be out living her good life🤷♀. Dee was very wrong and mentally unwell, but it seemed gypsy had years after learning that she was an adult to TELL SOMEBODY. Dee was on her last leg (according to the show) and gypsy clearly had access to the internet.

I completely agree! Great points in the video. Btw, it’s called “factitious disorder” now, not “munchausen by proxy”. I’ve always found it funny that gypsy doesn’t even know that the DSM (psychologists diagnostic manual book) had the name changed back in the year 2000 lol.
