Edit: If people are confused hereâs the definition
Severe branch of medical anxiety where youâre triggered by something wether it be hearing about an illness or simply being in a high state of anxiety where you will start to get symptoms of diseases that are caused by your brain and not real. The problem is you donât know if itâs real or fake and with regular medical anxiety you overthink it causing panic attacks and thoughts that you are dying, when really itâs just your brain. I cried. The ADHD visual representation is way too accurate. I'm in awe. Finally, my chaos, lack of plan, lack of direction, visualized, clear. I can show this to my loved ones so they truly understand. Art is so beautiful. It transcends anything words can't quite explain.
All the other drawings were very accurate, too. Especially as someone who's emetophobic, being super anxious and cautious about bodily functions can get quite similar to hypochondriac symptoms, which are very well drawn. What an amazing artist!

I hate when people say since ADHD is so common itâs not that big of a deal and itâs not that big of a struggle IT IS!!! itâs hard to focus. Itâs hard to do things itâs just annoying that since a lot of people have it doesnât mean that itâs important as more severe stuff.
