[Tidbits & Clarifications] - Aizen has already revealed part of his ambition, to sit atop the heavens, to fill the vacancy that which he feels no one has done. Aizen already feels that he's reached unstoppable heights of power and ability. What he currently seeks is in short to be God, which plays into his character writing of having a god complex. - Urahara says his Bankai isn't suited towards "Training or helping people out" it's to be assumed that his Bankai is likely meant to kill, or that whatever ability it has wont be effective for just physical training. (Mayuri Bankai for example spews poison, it would be much help to train someone.) - Urahara is sneaky, whenever he's doing something it's important to remember that he may have alternative reasons. - Ryuuken or Uryu's father would rather Uryu not be a Quincy, and going by what he said it's because it doesn't seem that Uryu has the proper mindset for it. He chooses to capture his Father instead of injuring/attacking him. We know that Quincy by nature destroy hollows entirely, plus they have very strict beliefs, These are concepts that don't seem to naturally align with Uryu's mindset so Ryuuken likely feels it'll get Uryu into bad situations. (Pratically he's being protective in a very cold way)
