Gurl im sorry but part of your retelling of this story is wrong. I am a kpop fan since 2010. I clearly remember before the I HATE U era. They had little to no comeback for years. Cube had given up on them. During the I HATE U era. The members was begging for more support telling thier fans if there is no support for the album this will be there last. At the time you have to remember even if kpop artist was popular internationally our sales and hype was not counted in Korea by the companies. They only cared about the Korean kpop fans. And no thier popularity dwindled from the little to no comebacks. Even if the songs did well at the time it was overshadowed by whoever was out at the time doing bigger numbers then them.

The thing is that I believe Jiyoon when she says they had a great relationship and never fought, it was visible in their group dynamic that they were always well aligned together... So I also understood why all the girls would be mad/shocked by seeing Hyuna signing with Cube. If they had remained together, they could still be 4minute under another agency... But since Hyuna decided to stay at Cube while the others were dismissed, she instantly killed the chances of the group to exist somewhere else, thus defining the rest of the career of her band members and making them feel betrayed (since they were a "family").
And all that for her to be expelled from Cube a couple years after anyways...
Also, not surprise Jenyer is still at it. Girl was born to make music (too bad k-pop is not necessarily about music or musicianship).

I was a 4nia (since their debut). Literally, the disbandment hurt me and my biases were 2Yoon. However, it really seemed fishy on the company's side how the disbanding played out. I still hope to see 4minute gets a reunion song like other 2nd gen groups. However, Hyuna has disappointed me and I cannot condone her recent actions.

I met 4minute in person when they performed in a music program. Everyone run to Hyuna when its time for the fan interaction. I went to greet Jihyun and Gayoon and they are like so surprised someone really went for them. I think they expected everyone to go after Hyuna.
I was able to converse for like 3 mins with them since I'm the only one who go after them. Broken english but its okay, they try their best to interact with me.

I have some inside info on Cube Entertainment: Cube was self sabotaging 4MINUTE. Now I don’t know how easy it is to push music onto iTunes and other sites (this was before streaming was big), but I’ve listened to 4MINUTE since late 2009 and many of their comebacks weren’t put up on iTunes for a while after the songs came out. Like say a song came out June 3rd, it’d be like June 13th when their album would go up on iTunes. And while it was hard for smaller companies to put albums up on there, I swear other smaller companies groups’ albums were on there about the same day as release. Not only that, CLC in 2019 had “Me” and “Devil” come out the same year as “No” (which did come out the same time it was released, yet these other two songs were never added to iTunes until 2020, a whole year after they came out and this wasn’t a time when Cube had issues, especially since (G)I-DLE had all their music put on there day one. And seeing how CLC disbanded just as shady, it’s obvious Cube was forcing them and 4MINUTE out of the company.

The company only cared about promoting Hyunah which isn’t fair
