Thanks for another great ambient music ! This may be the first time you read it, but I'd like to share my experience with you : I WO hard, very hard. And sometimes it's hard to recover. An expert in kinesioly (Dr Andy Galpin, check his 6 podcasts with Andrew Huberman) told that one simple way to boost recovery is to listen to CALM music right after your training, while you're doing down regulation breathing. I'm a true metalhead but there aren't many calm metal songs😉 Therefore, I put your vids after every stenuous sesh. My heart rate calms down immediately. Haven't seen results on my recovery YET, but I'm experiencing this technique since 2 wks only.
