Thank you so much Don for this great video. English is not my native language and sometimes I get intimated or super nervous when I have to give a big speech to a large group of people because I lack confidence in speaking in English because of the way I sound. I've been told that I have a heavy accent and no matter what I tried to improve it, my accent is always there which is frustrating at times. Anyways, your video just gave me hope again that I can get it better and get my confidence back! Big thank you to you Don for all you do for your audience

Thank you, Don. This is exactly what I was looking for. In most cases people are not taken seriously because of the way they speak, and not the context they try to deliver. Also many people are not ready for feedback or unable to accept constructive criticism. But in fact it’s the easiest way to get to the core of the problem.
