I did much the same when I grew orchids in Florida, USA except I used sulphur to coat the cut ends with much the same results. When my babies had roots such as yours, I would mount them to emulate their growing in the wild. I hope they, and yourself, keep growing and prosper.

Спасибо за видео! Использовала ваши советы по подкормке орхидей, для цветения, все замечательно! Орхидеи буквально ожили . Хотя они не цветут настолько же обильно как у вас, однако цвести стали дольше и цветоносы больше. Спасибо.

Thank you for this video which took a long time to make and very easy to follow and understand. I've used cinnamon water in a similar way, but I will use ginger for orchids as you suggest, this will be my first time propagating orchids. You have a gift, thank you so very much for sharing!
