I'm not to surprised he went in the direction that he did musically. If you look at his old stuff he would take samples of different instruments and mix them to to make songs while adding lyrics. what he is doing now is pretty much the same thing but with a launchpad!~ He is the same old Jack Conte using his skills but with a different genre/ tools for the job!~

Wow..incredible man . The first time I saw your videos was when I was looking music from skrillex . Then you appeared and I clicked on the song Daft Punk. It was sick . I thought you would stop making music but I was wrong haha. And now you made this one which is like way better to me . I wished I would of made it to your concerts but I couldn't. Dear Jack,
I have a live performance next year, and I want to know how one does this. I can't really do much midi scripting, but I atleast will be able to find a old flatscreen TV. I am playing for my school's talent show, and last year I played a launchpad and I didn't get very far. But I think this little bit of creativity will help me win this year.

thank you! i appreciate that, and i agree - i have a great life. but don't be fooled or discouraged by a 4 minute glimpse! Most of my days are spent in a dark room by myself working on music, email, and production. This video is designed to make my life look like a party - it's not. This was my first tour in 5 years. I love my life, but most of my days are HARD, GRUELING work. This video is engineered to give people a feeling a pure joy, skipping over all the unpleasantness. Go ART!
