π₯HOW TO BURN MORE CALORIES & GET STRONGER, FASTER: Add some weight! Use ankle and wrists weights, or use heavier dumbbells. I'm use 5lb and 10lb dumbbells but I have 15lb dumbbells on standby. GET HEAVY! You can do it!
