Saw Julian lynch in a basement in new Brunswick and the bassist from real estate joined with him. So glad to see the boys growing up and keeping it going. Good to see Julian still rocking a six string too. His early stuff is amazing.

Actually, my favorite part of this song on the CD is that big drop of buzz guitar around 2:19 which is passed through extra soft in this version. It's like I listen through that song because it leads to the grand canyon of that buzz, and in this version you plod through the song, and, O sorry, the Grand Canyon is all fogged in today, can't hear it.
Still love it though. Real Estate should be as big as the Beatles.
