Why do you use hexagons, but don't used the most efficient "side on side"/honeycomb grid pattern/placement of these holes?!
3d printing it should also work, I doubt that the front plate gets above 40Ā°c even of the graphics card is 70Ā°

I DID THIS on my Raidmax Magnus Z3, if you search an image on this case you can see that the front panel is a plastic w/ anodized aluminum which is a solid panel front with side vents so i remove the aluminum and cut the plastic cover and use epoxy on an aluminum mesh that i attached to it now instead of having a negative airflow i have slight positive airflow which is better now dust build up will only came from the front pannel mesh and no longer pull air on tiny vents or gaps which leave dust on those gaps.
