Yes, the string winder has a ‘bridge pin puller’. You loosen the strings, pull the strings out of the tuning peg post, then pull the pins out, they might be stubborn, but eventually they’ll loosen.
You might want to put them down in the order that you replaced them, so that you can put them back exactly.
Also, be careful if you turn that guitar upside down for cleaning after the strings are removed, as the saddle(piece the strings sit on) may fall out.

Nice stuff! Do you find that guitar comfortable to play? I'm a girl guitarist, the biggest acoustic i have is a 00. Any bigger and my right shoulder gets all janked up.
