I have a strong connection with this song, and a lot of Robbie's songs, but especially this one. I had an art teacher, and I loved her a lot, she taught me how to draw and I believe I became a better person because of her. I would go to her house and her 6 year old daughter, Juliette, would come home from gymnastics or swimming, and she was always really happy. I live in Colorado, and my art teacher said she was moving to New York. I remember on the last lesson I had with her, I hugged her, and left her house and ran into my mom's car, crying because I knew I was going to miss her so much. The reason I was taking lessons with her was because I was auditioning for an art school. About 1,000 people audition every year and only 110 get in. I was one of the 15 people from 150 people who had auditions for visual arts. I know that I wouldn't be where I am without her, and her daughter who meant so much to me. I wouldn't have made the friends that I have, and I probably wouldn't be listening to cavetown either. It's been 3 years since I last saw her and I keep on thinking how our lives are so long, but so short. That someone could impact someone elses life so much, and for that I'm forever thankful for everything and everyone I know.
