Great vid! I usually don't like it when things get broken down into smaller sections, parts, groups, etc. I think we tend to dissect things too much and it causes confusion. We should keep things more simple, imho. However, breaking down karma into 3 different parts like this, makes a lot of sense. They are separate, yet intertwine and explained clearly. I never thought of 3 different parts before, but I can see why it's important. This was very insightful. Well done and beautifully presented! Thank you so much! Much love and respect. πππ

my greatest fear is coming back again. I want to transcend this existence permanently. cycling lifetimes losing my memory each time , it's traumatic to me. however, unsure if that motivation is in alignment and would allow me to exit reincarnation. also unsure of what would come next. I dont want anything to do with the physical realm anymore. my whole life I've yearned to settle my energy and prepare to finally leave this plane for good -making this the last time I shed my body. Is that possible? Not that I am rushing it. I feel like its a fate I want to rise to meet. Can I utilize Bhuta Shuddi to this end?

This is misleading as Sadhguru is a false master who is not enlighted. Karma is consequence for our deeds, thoughts and emotions. Those who cause suffering to other beings, will suffer exactly this. Karma is the root of our endless journey through this universe from life to life. When we paid all off, Karma will end and we are freed from the wheel of birth and death.
