The Trocadero is a Must. Prior to my First visit, aa acquaintance instructed me as to the best approach.
After following his instructions, My view of Eiffel (from the Trocadero) was the same as the Cover of my tourist brochure....Breath Taking!

the eifel tower has never been in a worst state it hasnt been painted in 14 year by the Paris governement.
The illegal street vendor scaming and attacking tourist are also tolerated by the officials .
