Until a month ago when I discovered their documentary, I couldn't place Sparks. I am almost 80 and cannot figure out why I didn't know them, but I did remember the sound of various songs. Now I'm a HUGE FAN of the band. Keep finding more gems about them, more music. Love to sing with Russell, and love and understand how he sings harmonies with himself in the arrangement. (I've always done that).

I loved Annette, but I must say the first 10 mins with Sparks and the cast members performing this song was the peak of the movie!

This is a fabulous performance, but I saw Sparks do this song 8 times on tour this year and, hard as it is to believe, Russell was even higher-energy onstage during the tour. Go look at some of the live videos of So May We Start from 2022 and watch him LEAP in the air without missing a note. Astonishing.

Fanfuckingtastic! Listener from the 70s and and at 54 they are one of the few reasons I find myself getting out of bed everyday taking care of my husband who has Bone marrow cancer. (We just founf out it failed) Some songs make me weep, others give me strength.
