first done your nerval meditation, seconds before a huge panic attack. I was not sure if its to late. But after several minutes the calm kicked in. Standing up, still a little dizzy and sensitive (heartpalpatation) I did this one and now I am in a surreal state of calmness. I looked up for a meditation for pain/chronic pain in reference to central sensitivity disorder. Would love if you could do something like that. To imagine how the nerves are completly out of order and active sending calm to the central nervous system would be a thing! Thanks for you wunderful help, feeling like without your videos I had no other choice then call me an ambulance soon lol. πŸ’™πŸ’›πŸ’š

OK this one was not doe me at all. I'm very practiced with guided meditations and this one stressed me out. Here some pointers why, though ofcourse it's all very individual. - the pace was too fast - pointing out things instead of sticking to "label what you see" created a clash between what I was trying to observe and what was said instead - there was nothing green. No problem would have occurred by saying "pick one color and see the many places where you spot it" - same for textures etc. If things are open, they'll be adaptable to any surrounding. When things are named and not there, that causes stress instead. - things that I should NOT concentrate on, shouldn't be named. First attention was brought to the stress of tasks before or ahead and then talk proceeds to more words like "training" that are all about effort and the opposite of calming my senses or sharpening my awareness for this moment (which meditation is all about) - then we proceed to advertisement like speech on meditation itself. Like convincing is needed for someone who chose this video and sth. I'd need to hear again every day? That makes no sense. - It's advisable to not tell people how they feel, but rather suggest what feeling to look for within themselves or to give suggestions like "maybe you feel cool now, maybe warm, let anything be there" The good parts: - Good music - Pleasant voice - the concept of observing things as such, was good in and on itself - the light section was very good - the last part of feeling into myself was good (with the exception named above) - the warning of the upcoming end was good. I fully acknowledge the effort. I see some things that did not work for me at all, but again, that's just me and an input with suggestions for future videos if you make some.
