I can't thank Pamela enough for these free workouts. I've found my strength and confidence in doing her workouts, especially after seeing great results. Been doing her workouts since June of this year up until now. I actually just did her 20 min intense full body this morning and the 10 min lower ab workout. Honestly, I've never felt stronger.

I absolutely love floor workouts. Sometimes I'm just too tired to jump around after a long day of work, so this way I can still exercise without giving up halfway <3 Thank you Pamela :)

I remember, when I first started her programs I couldn't finish a couple of exercises but now after soo long I can finally say with confidence that I can see and feel the results. Everyone told me that I look slimmer, I can see my abs and I can finally hold a plank for 2 to 3 minutes. Thanks for everything Pamela. Even your hiit and cardio workout videos are fun. At first I truly hated them but not I LOVE them! Thanks once again for everything. xoxo <3

To all the young people. please do this workout. There's nothing more incredible than being young and being able to do this workout. When I turned 45 I found out I have Lupus, fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. I was shocked. God will always be by my side. I accept All prayer.
