Donā€™t forget Jimmie was told to do burn outs but he said it was for Elliott

That Carl Edwards clip always makes me sad because we didnā€™t know that was going to be his final race. And a couple months later he announces his retirement which was a shock to everyone. Rough way to go out like that.

5:22 reminds me of mcqueen pushing the king... but instead of a rookie pushing a old man its a 7x champion pushing a rookie!

If there is one thing that both Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. cared about when they raced, it was the safety of their competitors (Ally or Foe). The Intimidator would bump you, or possibly wreck you, but he cared about everyone's safety.

5:22 as a 15 year Jimmie Johnson fan, this is awesome to know how well Jimmie gets along with his teammates

Another thing about the Carl Edwards championship clip, Brad Keselowski legit wrecked himself on purpose just to avoid hitting his teammate Logano who was competing for the title.

This is why I love this sport. Yea thereā€™s always differences of opinion and rivalries but to help a teammate or to check on someone after a wreck or congratulating someone on a win when it was good racing that to me is the definition of what makes nascar great

2:52 This is where my faith in humanity is restored. The fact that every person from every crew team ran out to the number 3 car to make sure he was okay. This is why I love sports. There may be differences and rivalries, but nothing can replace a person's life.

1:34 Selfless moment while injured btw, Jr. had one of his many concussions from this wreck

3 things I can reccomend for #2 - 1994 Dale Sr mentioned Senna in his VL interview at Dega. 1993 Sr and Rusty took a polish lap with a 28 and 7 flag out the side of the car. 1994 Dale Sr talked about Neil Bonnett at Rockingham after winning the title

Most selfless moment Daytona 500 2001 , . . . . When dale let his two team mates ahead.

Jimmie Johnson had a lot of selfless moments. Itā€™s like Chase Elliott was his son. When I see that it makes me happy.

The Kyle Busch one makes me really happy cause it shows that he isn't a dueshbag as everyone thinks he is and that he does care about some of his opponents

Stopping mid race to check on a fellow driver is such a powerful thing to see, I recall Ayrton Senna doing similar, maybe itā€™s just the sign of a great driver

I hate kyle Busch as a driver, but i respect him as a person because he cares and respects all other drivers. Also Carl Edwards is imo the cleanest and friendliest driver ive seen since mark martin.

The one where Dale checks on Rusty and wrecking him into the infield for no reason is a funny one. ā€œYeah dude, sorry I was upset I lost the lead there and decided to take it out on you for 7th place and almost killed ya, thatā€™s a my badā€.

When Chase high fived Jimmie Johnson it immediately reminded me of when Steve Park won Rockingham and Michael Waltrip pulled alongside Michael and they high fived each other
