After watching and reacting to Li Ziqi (李子柒 ) "Life of the Potato" video, Lisa wanted to try to make some of the dishes featured. This will the first of a few videos we'll be posting for this "potato" series. One thing we can say is that the dish tasted amazing!! Presentation wise...ehhh but flavor is what counts!!
