I have been following these guys since the early 1980's and this was their act the first few times I saw them. What a treat to find this!

A Masterpiece of excitement and regret in person. Robin was a tour de force on the stage in his passionate songs like The Robber, Guinevere and of course. The Boy With the Violin.

I saw Buskin & Batteau perform at Passim back in the day. Great memories. Also, love Robin Batteau rocking the satin shirt :)

I first heard of Buskin and Batteau at a Tom Rush Concert at The Kennedy Center in Washington DC on January 4, 1984.   Tom also had never heard for me, Bill Morrissey and Nanci Griffith.  I was floored by the talent and became fans of all three.  We have seen Buskin and Batteau and Nanci in concert many times. never got to see Bill in concert.  Sadly Bill has since died and Buskin and Batteau are no longer touring.  Thanks for posting this concert.
