I honestly love that Andy, after all these years of peace, is still sharp enough to know when Chucky is gonna make a play on him. He probably saw the story about Nica's trial and knew right away that Chucky was back.

The best thing about these Kill Recounts is that no matter how many times we watched horror movies, it is always necessary to recalculate every single murders before hosting them. Accuracy is everything.

I think Chucky's amused "You ffffuckin should be~" is probably his best intro line in the series. its just such a powerful "AH SHIT HE"S BACK" moment.

The rat poison kill is so damn creative, THIS is how you "subvert expectations", from the dinner scene to the car crash, this sequence alone deserves the praise this movie gets.

Bringing back Andy was so dope, that's how you bring a character in a long running franchise. They them show his mom and Kyle are still on his life, this proves how the creators love their characters as much as us fans. 10/10

"I'm scared." "You fucking should be." This line is why Chucky is my favorite slasher. Dude is just so unironically evil.

I really like the “played by A Martinez, not sure which one” joke. It was subtle but very clever

I love that Chucky could mention murdering the Tilly’s and it’s still played completely straight and menacing, keeping the goofier entries canon and mentioning them without sweeping them under the rug like some other horror sequels

Chucky's shocked ~Andy!~ at the end cracks me up every single time. I love how by the time Cult rolls around the group of characters is as stitched together as Chucky's face. Bringing Andy and Tiff back while keeping Nica and teasing Kyle is such a stroke of genius and it's lovely to see how willing all these actors and crew members are to return to Chucky!

Fun Fact about Fiona: When she was seven when her father voiced chucky in the first film, she cried very loud when she mistook his scream of agony during the scene Chucky gets set on fire in the fireplace.

I love teaching James' wrestling fandom depth thru his references. The "I'm from Winnipeg, you idiot" shout out was top tier

This movie SAVED the franchise. They should restrict the budget on Mancini again, it did wonders.

Honestly given the mess of Seed its a miracle that Curse despite its limits was not only able to bring back the series on track but also helped continue a cohesive plot that would be continued into the TV series. Really says a lot about the dedication of Don Mancini vs those running other horror film franchises.

Seeing Brad Dourif talking like a proud dad about his daughter is so sweet!

I really respect the production staff for split scening the scene with the little girl talking to stitched up Chuckie because it scared her so much. They could have recasted her for not being able to do it, but they didn't and just respected that boundary. Don Mancini always makes production fun and safe for everyone and I love that about him and his movies ♄

I love seeing mancini's growth as a filmmaker , 'Cult' afterwards to elaborate on Chucky's plans was brilliant because we knew Chucky was done with "Hide the Soul"

No matter how anyone feels about any of the Chucky movies, you got to admit, this is a pretty cool and fantastic horror movie franchise. Down to the behind the scene work, how the dolls are made, the actors directors producers and everything in between is so great how everything just comes together to make such a great legacy

That shot of the dinner plates emulating Russian Roulette was so simple yet effective. It lets the audience know that any main character could die right here, it just adds to the suspense and thrill. This movie might’ve had the cheapest budget but it’s still one of the best in the franchise and I’m glad back to its roots.
