Maybe she terminated the contract because Bella was starting her own makeup line. It's a bit of a conflict of interests to rep one makeup line while you have your own. A makeup line just doesn't happen overnight and would have been already in the works at the time of the force majeure.

Why would you keep someone on your brand when they are creating a competing brand? That wouldn't make sense from a business perspective. When you sign on to a brand you are devoting yourself to that brand. You do not promote other companies! That is usually in your contract.

This does not make sense! Of cause we do not know the rest of the contract, but force Majeure is not just an unexpected event. It a catastrophic event, outside the control of the parties that renders one or both of the parties incapable of preforming their duties under the contract. How a war in the Middle East makes it so that a model and a cosmetic company are incapable of fulfilling duties under a partnership agreement is beyond me. Seeing a contract cancel due to force majeure + a Palestinian American model and getting its because they are against Palestine is like saying 2+2=19. It is just ridicules.

The contract was probably terminated when CT found out Bella is working on her own line. The moment Bella launches her own line CT won’t be able to use her image, as it’s a conflict of interest. So why spend thousands on dollars on a campaign that will have a short life spam. Not everything is about world politics, most things are done for personal benefit
