Morten and Bunty seeing each other again made me smile! I can't tell you how much this 2nd part makes me so happy! It's being a teenager once again. I love this! This series just keeps on getting better! The video truly is revolutionary and iconic! Thank you, a-ha and everybody who was involved in the creation of this video! 💛🇵🇭

Such a shame that no one puts this much time, effort, and love into their videos anymore. This was so beautifully made, it’s really an excellent short film! Kudos to all of the creative people that made this happen. 30+ years later, it’s still my favorite video!

Anyone else cry when Bunty held her outfit in her hands. Then sit next to Morten. Time and Nostalgia is such a powerful thing. 😊

I was 15 when this came out and was BLOWN AWAY by this song and video. It is still one of my favorite songs and I'm now 52. Great job by everyone.

Ed Sheeran: "I wasn't alive when it came out"... that really says it all, thank you Ed. Your contribution to this video has been monumental.

Take on me is one of the ”founding fathers” of modern music video art, definitely. So innovative, creative and well ahead of its time. Been 35 years since its release and it doesn’t look outdated at all.

Wonderful to see Bunty Bailey again, well and happy after all these years. The video was perfect on so many levels, including the part played by Bunty. For millions of men, it was love at first sight.

Sigh... Just remembering being a teen in the 80's. The experimentation, the creativity, the boldness of music videos back then may never be matched. The 180° pan around the mirror still gives me goosebumps.

Isn’t it obvious that it should be expanded into a film? I can see it resonating across generations of people!

I was a young musician at the time this came out and I remember that we all really loved the video. But when we listened to the song on the radio, we were just TRANSFIXED by what we were hearing. That music and that VOICE. Still gets me to this day.

I remember seeing this when it came out and saying "This is what a video should be." It has been my favorite video since and should be yours too.

This is the first music video I remember watching when MTV was MTV. I was blown away and it's my all time favorite. That high pitch too, WOW!

that video is truly a masterpiece, and it's visually timeless. There are very few videos from that era that stand up, now, but this one absolutely does. If you see it for the first time today, you'd never guess (well, aside from the musical style) that it was produced almost 40 years ago. Just stellar.

You don't need to lengthen a video to 10 or 15 minutes to tell a (god or bad) story, but not everyone has the talent to tell a good story in such a short time. This music video is pure art.
