I'm so glad they acknowledged Markku's contributions to the band in the earlier years. He deserved his share of recognition.
I've really enjoyed watching these episodes, because this music is so sentimental to me, especially the self-titled album. It's intertwined with so many memories from my high school years. And the kicker is that the music still holds up against anything else out there, even after 20 damn years. Thank you for everything you guys have given us!

You've been my band since the debut album and you're my go-to playlist for when I'm feeling happy or needing a pick-me-up. For many reasons I've explained all over the internet, it took me 20 years to finally see you guys live and my new boyfriend flew me all the way out to Bethlehem, PA from Arizona and got my VIP tickets and I waited the 5 hours to see you guys play last and it was all over so damn fast! This was just so damn good. It just brought me back to simpler times. Hstank were such a HUGE part of my identity as a teenager from my clothes and even guitar playing. Thanks for this and everything guys really.

Great video diaries. I've opened Hoobastank for myself, watching randomly my local Ukrainian sport channel back in 2004 or 2005. It was a basketball video with Disappear music video layouts. Damn, that song caught me for a long time.
The rest is history, full of listening Hoobastank's albums.

3:35 I am SO glad they finally mentioned Markku Lappalainen! He's a great bassist and his influence definitely showed on their first few albums.
