I was skeptical when I clicked on this video since I'd tried others without receiving any benefit, but I played this one last night as I fell asleep and I was amazed when I woke up this morning! I suffer with insomnia and seldom get a good nights sleep but I slept like a baby and woke up with a different mindset totally! I truly am amazed and recommend everyone to try this one. Brother, you've been a part of my journey for several months now and have assisted in busting open a part of myself I didn't know I had. A lifetime of pain had hit its peak, I was at the bottom, struggling to stay afloat and take care of my daughter, my health had bottomed out, my dad and brother died, my husband raged out on me and left, leaving me with no income and our daughter to care for. I happened upon a sleep hypnosis trying to find a meditation on YouTube, I had never tried anything like that before, and it just so happened to be one of yours. I went to sleep easily for the first time in a long time and woke up changed, my stomach pain was gone, I had clarity, peace, a sense of calm that has never gone away since.
