Thank you . With the attention directed on the hand , the form - hand is here. With the attention directed within , directed on presence the perception changes totally. The outline of the hand disappears , the hand disappears and all what remains is the same pulsing alive space ... as within.
I did this " exercise " again and again and is so clear how the perception changes. Form with attention outward and formless with attention inward.
I have a son living at 2000 km away. Where I finish and where he starts? Where is the gap between me and him? I couldn't find any gap , no separation line .. Shocking. So obvious and I didn't see it before ...
Actually I believe I am a mother . Trully? Where is the mother when I am not mother-ing? When I am listening your words there is no mother...

Then what is the purpose of having or being connected to a specific physical body? Why is it what's experienced here cannot seem to occur in or through a different body? If form and formlessness is the same thing wouldn't I be experiencing through every form? And there have been glimpses of no separate person here but the veil keeps slipping on and doubt seems to get even stronger. My thoughts are challenging me but seem to be making me crazier and crazier.
And I truly resonate with you and your pointers and am asking from a place of desperation.

I've been meaning to ask you something. are thoughts that seemingly seem to come out of nowhere part of some kind of energy absorbing matrix? in other words, I know that we have to take responsibility for the realignment of consciousness, but is the mind and body part of the energy absorbing matrix when it's not aware, when we drift into desires of the senses? other religions call it evil entities that leach off of this unconscious energy. I appreciate that in the mindset that Yoga and Buddhism approach it is where we take responsibility and don't give any power to a possible outside source, we take responsibility for our thoughts in the sense that we just let them come, go, and don't put selfish thoughts into action. what are your thoughts on this?

It’s all a projection right?
You don’t like me is actually I don’t accept some aspect of myself.
A very high aspiration indeed is
Myself, as I am.
The world, as it is.
8:05 “mind is not a reliable source for an opinion”
Boy isn’t that the truth. My mind has been trying to kill me for 44 years.
It’s very convincing a lot of the time too.

Your third point about form and formlessness is exactly what I have been contemplating especially lately. What has helped is a few words you used in one of your satsangs I heard recently. You said, “does it have edges? “ So when I contemplate the Self, Oneness and Who am I etc? It’s all the Self and the Self has no edges, therefore, all is the Self. I am the Self and I Am has no edges. The chair I am looking at is the Self and has no edges. It’s the only way it can be for there to be oneness. And when I realize this beyond any doubt, I feel enormous peace. There are no edges. Thank you!
