Leave or be expelled should be the only agreement made.

The students agreed to leave and not protest anymore if the board voted on divesting? That is a complete nothing burger and this kid was so excited because he thought the protesting is working. What an idiot.

This is exactly what common sense civilized people do. The students stood up against genocide and inhumane treatment of people who are in unimaginable conditions, and the university, instead of sending in the goon squad and escalating the situation, showed they understood the whole point of the protests and took action to diffuse and move in to the next step. Kudos to all involved. This is how human beings should act.

College told them to shut up, take their tents back to the dorm, and no more protest and the school won't punish them and the dude thinks he won a prize

The Brown University struck a deal with the students to end protest and encampment. They agreed to divest investments away from corporations affiliated with Israel. The students were being played.😂🇺🇸😂 The University didn’t have any investment in Israel nor they have a control in investment.

Colleges generally don't get to control what their endowment is invested in. The college is the beneficiary, not the trustee, who controls the investment

Don’t think this protest is organic or local. They are funded. Look into it and realize.

I remember having a lot of free time in college, but geez, these guys have way too much free time on their hands. I mean, do they even go to class?

This is how clean your campus will look when you at least talk to the students.

Didn't know Brown had an encampment. 🤣 No wonder why they gave up. They weren't getting any national attention.
