this was always my favorite Dead South track after 'Good Company' and I'm kinda surprised it's not more popular. compared to their simpler music this song is such a rich and textured and layered tapestry of storytelling and musicianship. someone said it would make a great TV series intro and they weren't kidding. this thing is so ripe for the picking. disappointed that it never got picked up π

By seeing the title it just reminded me to Red Dead Redemption 2, of how Micah Bell calls Arthur when he gets sick, actually all your songs fit amazing in that game. I love the New ones amazing work π₯π§¨ππ
