Please please please keep doing what you're doing❤ I can not even begin to explain how healing your music is. This song hits it perfect. Had my own family judging me so far as saying it was my fault I was sexually assaulted because I was intoxicated. Happy to say I'm now a year and a half sober never looking back and never letting them back in my life. Thank you J for everything!

My biggest addiction is tobacco. I’m not perfect by any stretch of the imagination. Your songs touch everyone’s hearts. You have been blessed with the amazing ability to help others through difficult times. I’ve lost 4 siblings and a 44 year old nephew who was just like a son to me in the past year and a half. God almighty and your music is what’s keeping me going.

My fiance would love this song. He's the one that turned me onto your music 5 years ago. He's now been in prison for almost 4 years this coming November and his TPM isn't until 2026... He had multiple CDs of yours at the other facility he was at but when they transferred him over a year ago, they took them away from him and sent them back here to me. I know he'd love this whole album as much as I do.

Oh my goodness. You get it. You get why people turn away from church and Christians. The hypocrites and the judgment is never what God intended from His people. He wanted us to love the way He loved. The broken, the damaged, the hurting, the sinner. He never intended us to be in a group that truly think they are above everyone who is not like them. They act as if they somehow have arrived in life where God is so proud of them. They fail to see that they, too, are a broken, dying, and sinful human. Until the church realizes that te only thing they should be doing is loving people where they are. It is only then that they will actually be like Christ. Thank you Jelly Roll for getting it and not being scared to call it like it is.

I love love it. I'm 8 months in recovery from a lifestyle which was bound to kill me. And I've been listening to Jelly Roll since I was fifteen. To see him RISE is AWESOME!
