I believe the world record which occurred a long time ago was somewhere around 280+ days without food drinking only water and i canāt remember the exact days it lasted. To start, the person was very much overweight and they was just loosing weight the entire time as well all that time and lost a hell of a lot of weight and then kept it off. Back in 2019, I myself fasted for 25 days injecting nothing but water and was just fine. Iām not skin and bones, so I also had body weight I found shed which I did to around almost 20 lbs over the three weeks. Everybody is different with their body and if you have excess weight in fat stores to loose, your body will just slowly burn it off slowly over the time your water fasting. So you can water fast much longer than a week.

My friend did it for 100 days but she was morbidly obese. She lost a lot of weight quickly. No loose skin but after starting to eat she hadnāt broken those bad eating habits and wound up gaining some of it back. Not to where she was but like a gastric sleeve if you donāt change your habits youāll wind up whee you were before

I work a physical labor job and during the summer, Iād probably consume close to a gallon and a half of water each day I worked, with added electrolytes .. and still feel thirsty because I was sweating and moving so muchā¦ however, on my days off, I just sleep most of the day and maybe get through 2-3 bottles of water at most.. I can usually tell when I need more electrolytes when Iāve been drinking regular water all day and Iām still thirsty.. I try to balance it out when Iām drinking that much water in one day.

i tried keto diet before. not same process as drinking water only but you'll get the same effect of ketosis state. although i did lose weight faster than other process of diet, its not really fun to do and you'll definitely have a very bad mood like almost a depression. also after you quit keto and started to eat normally again, you'll easily gain weight again.

I did a 21 day water fast..I did had a load of fat to lose, and sun bathed for a hour everyday for energy, And I didn't felt any of the things you mentioned above during the 21 DAT fast.
But If I'm a lean person with not much fat resource in the body I might have experience some may be. Cheers!
