As a moira main I really like the orb buff. She feels a lot better now. I think the buff was just enough to make her viable but not op.

I feel like the general problem with Moira is not her healing but her lack of utility. She doesn’t really offer anything useful compared to other supports. Lucio has speed, zen can discord, Ana can sleep and anti, bap has immor, brig has cc, mercy has damage boost and easy pocket potential. But Moira is just... heal
