I always felt that the lines, âYet you feed us lies from the tablecloth. Everybodyâs going to the party, have a real good time. Dancing in the desert, blowing up the sunshineâ was a representation of military recruiters going into high schools (with their little table clothed set-ups) convincing said potential recruits that joining the military was one big party. I could be wrong though.

Sergei is actually a trained operatic singer, classically trained. Thatâs why his vocal control is so insane. I wonât suggest any songs, but you should check out his solo projects. He has a beautiful whimsical way of using his voice to convey the darkest of messages

it's weird hearing this song just END so abruptly, because when you listen to the album in order it just goes IMMEDIATELY into Revenga and it's beautiful. I've always enjoyed listening to the Hypnotize album into the Mezmerize album so you get the back to back soldier sides even though it's meant to be the other way around.
