I do love your navy blazer, it's really smart and I like the style of it. I'm still looking for a new blazer but I think I need to try on in store. I'm just under 5ft 2" and a lot of the "relaxed" style blazers will swamp me and I don't want to look like Toulouse Lautrec 🙄😂. Good luck with your Dyson and I'm sure it'll get easier the more you use it and will hopefully give you the results you're looking for. I'm rubbish with hair tools (got the 3rd degree burns to prove it😩😂)

I really enjoyed watching you test out the Dyson, with practice you’ll get quicker and the end result looks great……my hair is poker straight and just doesn’t curl well and I’d love a bit of bounce in it but hey ho🤷♀️. I loved the Reiss blouse and the knitted skirt, did you treat yourself? As for gardens, my garden is quite big and keeps me busy. I wasn’t a big gardener until I moved to this house four years ago and now I love nothing more than spending a day out there pottering….I always feel overwhelmed when I venture outside in the Spring, not knowing where to start but an hour spent tidying and cutting the lawns makes all the difference…….you’ll feel great when you’ve made a start on your garden. Keep the vlogs coming👍

I already have a dyson hairdryer and just want the wand without the accessories but seems not to be possible. I've tried a few curling tongs and I can't get on with them so would like an air wrap. I think the difficulty with the tongs is that I've got quite short hair - shorter than yours. As I can't get on with the tongs I've finally ordered some curlers so fingers crossed for them. I've resisted curlers for a while now because the disadvantage is that you can't just pack them in your bag for a quick city break

Hi Laurie I have recently bought the Dyson long complete and received the 20mm barrel which is my favourite. I find product in your hair to be the key to it working. I put a small amount of Olaplex 6 blow drying cream/border and Olaplex 7 which is an oil and mix together through the hair. I also use a mouse and it’s called Milkshake Whipping cream (it’s amazing and smells good enough to eat). My hair stays in until I wash it again. Hope this help and the Dyson works for you as I have found it to be fantastic x

My late mother had wonderful hair which you could do anything with and style it in so many ways and would go to the hairdresser once a week. She always said it was her treat to herself as with most women your hair is important in how you look and feel. The texture of her hair was wiry
My hair has always been like my mom's in its texture, WIRY. Over many years i had all sorts of styles. have it coloured. permed and the rest but when my mom became ill iin 2015 i suffered with so much stress it came out in my hair and it suddenly went grey I would have always gone around once every 6-8 weeks to have my mid length bob cut and coloured.
I "plucked up the courage" in July 2020 to have a short buzz cut.
Around 2018 i was looking at QVC with the DYSON and to purchase but hey i just wash and go. I don't even need a COMB. People have complimented on how much younger i look and the cut suits me

The clothes try on in Reiss all suited you. As always you look so good in everything.
Like you I’m hoping to get out into the garden soon, sowing seeds and potting on. A true sign of Spring. Soon the swallows will be back too. I love their sky high chatter all summer long.

Hi Laurie, Elaine here. Love your vlogs. I have learnt so much from you on make up, clothes life, everything. You are one classy lady. I think you have a lot more patience than I have using the Dyson. I always use heated rollers and I think I will stick with that as I have very thick mid length hair. Yes the weather has really been getting me down too. We have moved to a new house and have had no,chance, yet, to get in the garden to actually see what is there. I am hoping to have a try tomorrow if the weather gods are kind. It has been a tough winter for all of us in so many ways. I use so many of the products you have recommended especially Beauty Pie. I love their body cream which I know you can’t use because of the scent. Can’t wait for your next haul. I bought the black patterned dress that you wore last time, from Roman ,and I love it. Going to wear it for our wedding anniversary this week. Don’t ask how many. So scary! I loved the blazer you wore. So smart. Completely agree about the weather - we’ve had a long 6-month winter and I can’t get my head around tidying the garden when it’s this miserable and wet. So far, pruned the roses and de-headed hydrangeas - that’s it! Everything needs a good scrub. 🧽🧹

Hi Laurie Another nice vlog. Thank you I remember Are you being served. It was so funny. The cream Reiss skirt looked amazing on you, paired with a cream blazer and maybe tan accessories, so chic. I need to get in the garden too, it’s a mess 😅 You did a great job with the air wrap Laurie. It takes some getting used too. I didn’t know they did a 20ml barrel, I think that would be better for my fine hair as the bigger barrel doesn’t work for me. I’m looking forward to your next instalment. Take care ❤
