How to make a video like this -
1. You Must have muscle memory from the last time you gained muscle
2. Showing yourself with a shit pose & lightening at the beginning
3. Showing yourself with dynamic lightening with the pump (+flex) at last

just gotta say: when your back hurts like Kelly's after a work-out that doesn't mean that you worked hard, it means you had a wrong execution. You should focus on full back recovery before starting to work out again and if it's your first time in the gym think about getting some help from someone that can monitor your execution :)

This was nothing but inspirational. I appreciate you taking the time to show your high points and your low points in this video.
