I love this show for this reason. It's one of the reason I also love community, always sunny and archer. They are very good a consistency, so lots of running gags, call backs, and Easter eggs.

Another running gag is when Ilana makes a call in the middle of a conversation with a boss. The first was at the temp agency, second was with the rich lady who gave Ilana her clothes.
