I wanna shift, I've been interested in it for a little over 4 months, but my fears of what will happen, my laziness and overthinking with the script keep holding me back. I heard there is no wrong way to do it, I guess I'm looking for something to give me the confidence that I need to do it. I've also heard the your Subconscious knows what you want, what you don't want and that all the gaps will be filled in. Like, what's something I can do just to shift, but without fear, stress and overthinking it all? Like I know I should script that I'm immortal, the time difference, I can feel no pain, a safe word, etc... like, I guess I'm looking for a basic script just to feel confident in and use to just simply shift to anywhere just to know I can do it. Like, with this subluminal, do I just fall asleep to it? Or can I just listen to it for some time, turn it off and go to bed? - As you can tell I'm overthinker, sorry for all that rambling, I just been stuck procrastinating for a while and just wanna do it, but lack the confidence to execute it. I know it's all about belief and intention, but I had heard people did it after giving up and even with little belief.
