Legendary's Kong has definitely made a special place in our hearts, I think the fact that he is so "human", his protective and heroic instinct, the affection he can show to humans and how he always gets up again no matter how much he gets knocked down makes him my favorite.
King Kong from 2005 is probably the best movie, but Legendary's Kong is my favorite King Kong.

The MonsterVerse Kong is my absolute favorite out of all of them because itās not just the same stereotypical story where he falls in love with some random girl and dies once heās taken off of skull Island
I also love how smart he is when it comes to fighting and using makeshift weapons.

I don't know why but I'm absolutely in love with the design of Mechani-Kong from King King Escapes. I can't really point out the exact reason, I just really like most old robot depictions from movies and shows. I honestly wish we got more of those in modern times and not just the super high-tech sci-fi designs we got now
